From Buyer Inquiry to Final Shipment
01. Buyer Inquiry
We receive the buyer’s product requirements, specifications, quantities, target price and delivery expectations.
02. Product & Sourcing
We identify suitable sweater and knitwear sourcing options based on the buyer’s requirements.
03. Yarn & Accessories Sourcing
We coordinate yarn and required accessories and follow up on timely in-house availability.
04.Costing & CM Calculation
We prepare and coordinate product costing and CM calculation according to the order requirements.
05. Sample & Product Development
We coordinate product development and sampling with the relevant production partners before bulk production.
06. Buyer Approval
Buyer comments, specifications and approvals are communicated to the production team for the next stage.
07. Production Follow-Up
We continuously follow up with the production team to monitor progress, materials and delivery schedules.
08. Quality Control
Quality is followed throughout production, finishing and final inspection to support buyer requirements.
09. Finishing & Packing
We follow up on finishing, packing and final order readiness, including packing-list preparation where required.
11. Shipment Follow-Up
We coordinate shipment follow-up and maintain communication with the buyer through the delivery stage.
